Reconnalssance and field survey to deterrnine flow paths and di- <br />rections of overland flow escaping from stream channels under <br />existing conditions. <br />B. Hydrologic investigation to determine the effect of local urban <br />runoff on the proposed flood control alternative,. <br /> <br />as stated in Section 30-28-111 for county governments and Section 31.23-301 <br />for municipal governments of the Colorado Revised Statutes 1973. <br /> <br />~ectives <br /> <br />c. Assessment of damages for the lO-year. 50-ye~r and IOO-year floods <br /> <br />The specific objectives of the flOOd control and drainage plan pre- <br />sented in this study are listed below: <br />A. To reduce or prevent floOd darnage andrnaintenance requirements <br />to public and private property and facilities. <br />C.
