<br />5. Project Impact Administration <br />5a. Background <br />Prior to Project Impact, the OEM administration for Clear Creek County was a part- <br />tirne position. Due to the extent of the duties of Project Impact, it was imperative to <br />have a full tirne Community CEO. As of January 1, 1999, the Board of County <br />Commissioners increased the position to full time for a period of two years. <br /> <br />5b. Project Description <br />The task given is to coordinate each project to completion and document all <br />activities within and report them to FEMA monthly, quarterly and annually. <br /> <br />5c. Benefits <br />The benefit is a design to implement a safety plan that is executed by effective <br />negotiations that bring together several funding sources to accomplish hazard <br />mitigation projects. $50,000 in salary and benefits in ratio to the completion of <br />$898,200 worth of projects designed to build a disaster resistant community. <br /> <br />5d.
