FPR 222 COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD 823 State Centennial Building 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 November 3, 1983 RES 0 L UTI 0 N ) ) WHEREAS', a report entitled "Floo,d Insurance Study, Delta County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas," which includes detailed floodplain information and data for the Gunnison River starting at the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad crossing located downstream of the City of Delta, thence extending upstream 16.5 miles to a point near Austin on the boundary between Sections 5 and 6, T15S, R94W, 6th PM; for the North Fork' of the Gunnison River starting at a point approximately 6.4 miles above its confluence with the Gunnison River, thence extending upstream 18.0 miles to the Delta-Gunnison County boundary; for the Uncom- pahgre River starting at its confluence with the Gunnison River, thence extending upstream 9.4 miles to the Delta-Montrose County boundary; and for Minnesota Cree~ starting at its confluence with an anabranch of the North Fork of the Gunnison River, thence extending upstream 1.5 miles to the eastern boundary of Section 5, T14S, R91W, 6th PM; and for surface Creek starting at 'a point approximately 1. 3 miles above it_S;S; con:i;luence with Tongue Creek, thence 2.1 miles upstream; datec1 ~\.~ /j"1983 , has been prepared by Meurer, Serafini and Meurer under contract with the Federal Insurance Administration; and lA.......
