<br />. Cottonwood Creek Water Quality Improvement Master Plan, Arapahoe County, <br />Colorado. Project Manager/Engineer. Developed a master drainage control and <br />water quality improvement master plan for Cottonwood Creek (a tributary to Cherry <br />Creek Reservoir) in Arapahoe County, Conveyance, regional detention and <br />combination plans were evaluated. A conveyance plan with a wet pond/filter water <br />quality plan overlay was selected, Preliminary design was complElted. <br /> <br />. Flood Insurance Studies, Vermont and Wisconsin, Project Manager/Engineer, <br />Completed several multi,community (over twenty communities total) packages of <br />floodplain studies for the U,S, Department of Housing and Urban Development, U,S, <br />Army Corps of Engineers, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> <br />. Floodplain Information Studies, Vermont and New Hampshim, Project <br />Manager/Engineer. Completed over 10 major river flood studies in New England for <br />the U,S, Army Corps of Engineers, <br /> <br />. Deepe Pit Levee Erosion Protection, Flatiron Companies, Boulder, Colorado. <br />Project Manager. Performed analysis, design and construction stage engineering for <br />rehabilitation of an existing one,mile long levee in a flood fringe area along South <br />Boulder Creek. The levee, originally built to protect a construction materials mining <br />operation, needed some reshaping and raising to rE,store it a fully institutionally <br />acceptable condition. <br /> <br />. McCray Dam Rehabilitation, EI Paso County, Colorado. Project <br />Engineer/Manager. Evaluated the condition, completed detailed hydrology evaluation, <br />and rehabilitation options for this irrigation reservoir owned by Fountain Mutual <br />Irrigation Company and containing a county road along its crest. An inadequate <br />spillway and poor embankment conditions will result in this structure being rebuild or <br />breached. <br /> <br />Credentials <br /> <br />B.S.
