<br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in Tables I, 2, 3 <br />and 4 meets all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and <br />Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff <br />Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches, lakes and reservoir listed <br />in Table 6 does not meet all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's <br />"Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater <br />Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reach listed in Tables 5 and 7 <br />meets all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's "Rules and <br />Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff <br />Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular <br />meeting assembled in Breckenridge, Colorado, this 4th day of November, 1994, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, dated November 2, 1993, for the study <br />reaches listed in Tables 1,2,3 and 4 and does hereby designate and approve as approximate floodplain <br />information the 100-year floodplains as described by the floodplain delineations in said new report, <br />dated November 2, 1993, for the study reaches listed in Tables 5 and 7 and does hereby rescind those <br />portions of Resolution No. 167 listed in Tables 2 and 3 and does hereby leave in full force those <br />. portions of Resolution No. 167 listed in Tables 6, 8 and 9; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the Town of Blue River; the Town of Breckenridge; the Town of Dillon; the <br />Town of Frisco; the Town of Montezuma; the Town of Silverthorne; the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Summit County; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote <br />of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Breckenridge, Colorado, on the 4th day of November, 1994, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />~=cz-~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />94fpr388.nov brh <br /> <br />9 <br />
