<br />. <br /> <br />South Barton Gulch from its estimated confluence with Middle Barton Gulch upstream <br />approximately 800 feet, <br /> <br />U neva Lake, <br /> <br />Officers Gulch Pond, and <br /> <br />Copper Creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new study includes new approximate floodplain information for the following <br />stream reach, as listed in Table 7, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 7 <br /> <br />Approximate Information for a previouslv Unstudied Stream Reach <br /> <br />The Blue River upstream of the crossing of Colorado Highway 9 just upstream of the <br />southeastern corporate limit of the Town of /llue River, as that limit was on November 2, <br />1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report displays the corporate limits of the Town of Breckenridge as they <br />were in June 1980 and does not show said corporate limits as they were on November 2, 1994; and <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes di:tailed floodplain information which revises the <br />approximate floodplain information contained in Itesolution No. 167 for the following stream,reach, <br />mistakenly shown as being in unincorporated Sununit County on November 2, 1994, which was in <br />unincorporated Summit County in June 1980 but which is within the corporate limits of the Town of <br />Breckenridge, as they were on November 2, 1994, as listed in Table 8, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 8 <br /> <br />Detailed Information for a Stream Reach Currentlv Within the Town of Breckenridge <br />but Mistakenlv Shown as Being in Summit CQunty Which Revises Approximate Information <br />Previouslv Prepared for Summit Count\' and Designated bv Resolution No. 167 <br /> <br />French Gulch from its confluence with the Blue River upstream to the eastern corporate limit <br />of the Town of Breckenridge, approximately 50 feet upstream of its crossing of Colorado <br /> <br />Highway 9, as that limit was on November 2, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information which is consistent <br />with the approximate floodplain information contained in Resolution No. 167 for the following stream <br />reaches, mistakenly shown as being in unincorporated Summit County, which were in unincorporated <br />Summit County in June 1980 but which are within the corporate limits of the Town of Breckenridge, <br />as they were on November 2, 1994, as listed in Table 9, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein: <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />1 <br />
