Article 139-60-1. Colorado Revi sed Statutes 1963, <br />provides that cities, towns, counties and local jurisdictions may pro- <br />vide zoning re9ulations for any storm or floodwater runoff channel <br />only after designation and approval by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conserva- <br />tion Board in regular meeting assemPled in Denver, Colorado this 18th <br />day of January, 1973, that it does hereby rescind that portion of the <br />resolution adopted on December 13, 1967 relating to the flood hazard <br />areas set for'th in the previous information reports covering Bear Creek <br />and Clear" Creel< , insofar as such resolution pertains to i3ear Creek; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th~t the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board does hereby designate and app~ove as flood hazard areas those <br />areas described as being inundated py an intermediate regional flood <br />as set forth in the Special Flood H~zard Information Report prepared <br />and submitted by the U. S.
