<br />i <br /> <br />il <br />II <br />I <br />II <br />! <br /> <br />'I <br />I <br />I <br />:1 <br />, <br />, <br />I <br />I <br />II <br />II <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />:1 <br />I <br />il <br />II <br />II <br />1 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />,I <br /> <br />INVITATION FOR BIDS <br /> <br />Date: June 20, 1996 <br /> <br />Sealed proposals for DUTCH CREEK, Town of Columbine Valley (Project No. 95-10.01) will be <br />received at the office of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, 2480 West 26th A venue, Suite <br />156-B, Denver, Colorado 80211, publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 AM on July 19, 1996 <br /> <br />Contract documents, complete with construction drawings and specifications, will be available at the <br />Urban Drainage and Flood Control District on July 1, 1996 at a cost of Twenty Dollars ($20) per set <br />(not refundable). <br /> <br />No bidder pre qualification is required for this project; provided, however, upon evaluation of bids the <br />apparent low bidder must be prepared to demonstrate his qualifications by submitting evidence to the <br />OWNER such as financial data, previous experience, authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction <br />where the project is located, and other requirements as may be specified in the CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS. ' <br /> <br />Only a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the BID will <br />serve as an acceptable proposal guarantee. <br /> <br />All bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid conference and inspection at the Columbine Country Club <br />Maintenance Building - 17 Fairway Lane (Green Building south of main club building), Columbine <br />Valley on July 9, 1996 at 1:00 PM. <br /> <br />As its best interests may appear, the OWNER reserves the right to reject any or <br />all bids and to waive informalities in BID proposals. <br /> <br />00001-1 <br />
