On the base map, review the information you have added showing flooded utility <br />facilities and lines and public facilities. Outline areas that would be affected by <br />service disruptions, especially water and sewer (red). <br /> <br />2. In the space provided below, note the key actions you will take to restore utilities <br />and public services until permanent repairs can be completed. <br /> <br />3.
