<br />309.5 <br /> <br />Restoration of Property <br /> <br />The Contractor shall immediately repair any damage to completed Work, <br />adjacent or other property, caused by himsel f or anyone employed or <br />contracted by him, or by anyone for whom the Contractor may be liable. <br /> <br />309.6 <br /> <br />Sanitary Facilities <br /> <br />The Contractor shall make all provis-ions required by law for sanitary <br />facilities for use by those working at the project site. <br /> <br />309.7 <br /> <br />Emergencies <br /> <br />The Contractor shall act immediately using his own discretion to prevent <br />or lessen the amount of injury or harw to any person or property in the <br />event or threat of an emergency. The Contractor shall notify the <br />Engineer as soon as reasonably possible of the emergency and of any <br />action already or about to be taken. <br /> <br />310. INSURANCE <br /> <br />310.1 Contractor's Liability Insurance <br /> <br />310.1.1 The Contractor shall purchase and maintain for the full period of the <br />project, comprehensive, general liability and other insurance sufficient <br />to provide protection from all claims arising out of performance of Work <br />on the Project by the Contractor, any Subcontractor or anyone else for <br />whose acts he may be liable. The Contractor's liability insurance shall <br />be maintained until final payment has been made. <br /> <br />310.1.2 Such insurance shall provide for coverage for lnJury, sickness or <br />disease and death arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection <br />with the performance of Work under this Contract, and shall provide for <br />the limits as follows: <br /> <br />GC - 13 <br />
