File #5518 Application information for the feasibility analysis request, limited to the 2250 form, includes a referred enclosed location map, noted plan information along with particular general information. The form, with additionally noted optional information of which none is indicated submitted for the noted soils, topography grading and others, omits any reference to 100-year flooding conditions of which hazardous depths and velocities affect the safety limits of proposed located grading and structural changes from existing terrain and topographical drainage- runoff conditions. The subdivisions location map limited to a vicinity of streets without qualifying distances and elevations with section-line references indicates the areas location partially affected directly by Cottonwood Creek. The areas location for site changes is not sufficiently representative to the extent of particular area-site relationships with existing terrain and topographic drainage-runoff conditions. A review of GS map information limited to a 1969 photorevised 1961 terrain and topographic conditions indicates the area location includes portions of Sec. 10, T13S, R66W tributary to and along Cottonwood Creek.
