<br />highest reeoeded peak flo~s doring flooding period" at these three locations
<br />were IO,500ds at Lyon. (June 22,1941); 2,370 ds below Long'lH>nt (May ]7, 1978);
<br />arid 11,300 cis near Platteville (Sept~rnber 3, ]938). The lower figure for
<br />St. Vrain Creek below Longlllont reflects the sllort duration of eecorded f10ws
