<br />information included in said report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Floodplain Information Report, Yampa River, From <br />Craig to Dinosaur National Monument", dated March 1995 and revised April 1996, has been <br />prepared by the Colorado Water Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information for the Yampa <br />River within the corporate limits of the City of Craig and within unincorporated portions of <br />Moffat County, as they were in April 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which is consistent with detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by <br />Resolutions Nos. 112, 199 and 232, as listed in Table I, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE I <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Is Consistent With Detailed Information <br />Previouslv DesilIDlited bv Resolutions Nos. 112. 199 and 232 <br /> <br />The Yampa River from a point approximately 1.8 miles downstream of the crossing of Highways 13 <br />and 789 upstream to that crossing ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which has not previously been designated and approved by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, as listed in Table 2, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 2 <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Has Not Previouslv Been DesilIDlited <br /> <br />The Yampa River from the upstream boundlll)' of Dinosaur National Monument upstream to a point <br />approximately 1.8 miles downstream of the crossing of Highways 13 and 789 ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hydrologic information for the stream reach included in Table I has been <br />derived directly from previously designated detailed floodplain information; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hydrologic information forthe stream reach included in Table 2 has been <br />estimated utilizing detailed hydrologic information contained in previously designated detailed <br />floodplain information reports, detailed hydrologic information derived from an analysis of stream <br />gage records, and approximate hydrologic information derived through interpolation of the <br />detailed information; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimation of IOO-year peak flows for the stream reach included in Table <br /> <br />2 <br />
