<br />RESOLUTION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, completed a
<br />floodplain report entitled "Flood Hazard Information, Yampa River and Tributaries, Craig,
<br />Colorado", dated November 1977; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for streams within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of Craig arid within unincorporated portions of Moffat County, as
<br />they were in November 1977, including the Yampa River; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Craig
<br />and Moffat County, by Resolution No. 112, adopted on November 1, 1978, designated and
<br />approved the detailed floodplain information included in said report; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Moffat County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas", dated August
<br />3, 1982; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed and approximate floodplain information for
<br />streams within unincorporated portions of Moffat County, as they were on August 3, 1982,
<br />including the Yampa River; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Moffat County, by
<br />Resolution No. 199, adopted on August 16, 1982, designated and approved the detailed and the
<br />approximate floodplain information included in said report; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain
<br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Craig, Colorado, Moffat County",
<br />dated March 28, 1984; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for streams within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of Craig, as they were on March 28, 1984, including the Yampa
<br />River; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Craig,
<br />by Resolution No. 232, adopted on July 13, 1984, designated and approved the detailed floodplain
