(c) The development will not otherwise violate the
purposes and intent of these regulations.

(2) The permit authority shall deny the permit if the dev-
elopment does not meet all of the applicable criteria
set out in Section 5-407(1) of these regulations.

Article 5.

Administration, Enforcement and Penalties

5-501 Enforcement Provisions

The provisions of this regulation and any permits issued here-
under shall be administered and enforced according to the provisions
of the Administrative Regulations adopted by this jurisdiction.

Severability

If any section, clause, provision, or portion of these regu-
lations should be found to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid
by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this regulation
shall not be affected thereby and is hereby declared to be necessary
for the public health, safety, and welfare.
