<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(3) The petition shall be considered and the decision rendered <br />by the permit authority at a public hearing held in com- <br />pliance with the provisions of Section 403 of the Adminis- <br />trative Regulations adopted by this jurisdiction. <br /> <br />5-405 Map Requirements <br /> <br />(1) All maps required shall be of a scale sufficiently detailed <br />to allow the permit authority to determine whether the <br />proposed development and the topographic features of the <br />land meet the requirements of these regulations. In no <br />event shall the scale of maps be less than one inch equals <br />one hundred feet or such other scale as may be determined <br />by the permit authority. <br /> <br />(2) All maps required shall show existing topographic contours <br />of no greater than two (2) foot intervals. <br /> <br />(3) All maps prepared by private contractors or consultants <br />shall meet the following standards of accuracy: ninety <br />percent (90%) of the contour lines must be within one-half <br />contour interval; the remaining contour lines must be <br />within one contour interval. <br /> <br />(4) All maps submitted by an applicant seeking a permit to <br />develop a specific site shall show existing (dashed lines) <br />and finished (solid lines) elevation contours of the site <br />at an interval of no greater than one (1) foot within a <br />designated flood hazard area. <br /> <br />5-406 Additional Permit provisions -- Mobile Homes <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />In addition to the provisions prescribed in the Administrative <br />Regulations adopted by this jurisdiction, in the event that any permit <br />under these regulations will allow a mobile structure to be located <br />in a floodplain, the terms of the permit shall require that the fact <br />that the mobile structure is being located in a floodplain must be <br />disclosed to the mobile structure and/or lot purchaser or lessee in <br />the purchase contract, deed or lease. <br /> <br />5-407 Approval of Permit Application <br /> <br />(1) The permit authority shall approve an application for a <br />permit to engage in development in a flood hazard area if <br />the application complies with all of the following require- <br />ments: <br /> <br />(a) The applicant has submitted all information required <br />by Section 5-403 of these regulations; <br /> <br />(b) The development will not violate any of the applicable <br />prohibitions, restrictions, or design standards set <br /> <br />-12- <br />
