<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(d) The legal and layman's description of the proposed <br />development site. <br /> <br />(e) A map or maps portraying the geologic conditions of <br />the area with particular attention given to the appro- <br />priate designated geologic hazard. If appropriate <br />or needed, subsurface geologic cross sections shall <br />also be utilized to portray such conditions at depth. <br />Specific requirements of such map or maps are listed <br />below in the appropriate subsection of 3-403(2). If <br />possible, the geologic maps shall be at the same scale <br />and in the same format as the development plan maps. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(f) A geologic report explaining the above maps and cross <br />sections with particular emphasis on evaluating and <br />predicting the impact of such geologic or hazardous <br />conditions on the proposed land use changes and devel- <br />opments. It shall also include recommended mitigating <br />procedures to be employed in meeting the purposes of <br />this Regulation. Specific requirements of such report <br />are listed below in the appropriate subsection of 3-403 <br />(2) . <br /> <br />(g) The applicant, in narrative, pictorial or graphic <br />form shall explain the nature, density and intensity <br />of the proposed development or land use change, and <br />shall explain mitigation procedures which will be <br />needed and are planned to carry out the objectives of <br />this Regulation. <br /> <br />(h) The geological reports required by this regulation <br />need not be duplicated to meet the requirements of <br />~830-28-l33, C.R.S. 1973. <br /> <br />(i) A map or written statement explaining the existing <br />zoning of the property. <br /> <br />(2) Additional requirements for the various types of geologic <br />hazards are as follows: <br /> <br />(a) Applications for development in an avalanche hazard <br />area also shall include but not be limited to the <br />following information Or data: <br /> <br />(I) Location of buildings <br /> <br />(II) Building type, arrangement, and proportion <br /> <br />(III) Building stability and strength <br /> <br />(IV) Areal extent of the runout zone <br /> <br />-12- <br />
