<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />such area or uncontrolled conduct of such <br />activity, and the advantages of development <br />of such area or conduct of such activity in <br />a coordinated manner; and <br /> <br />(f) Any master or comprehensive plan pertaining <br />to or affected by the area or activity under <br />consideration. <br /> <br />(2) The governing body may hear testimony and receive <br />evidence, including: <br /> <br />(a) The recommendations of the planning commis- <br />sion and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(b) Relevant testimony and documents presented. <br /> <br />1-306 Record of Designation Proceeding. <br /> <br />(1) The administrator will collect and preserve the <br />following record of the public hearing, as a mini- <br />mum: <br /> <br />(a) Notice of the hearing. <br /> <br />(b) Certificate of publication of the notice. <br /> <br />(c) Names and addresses of persons who presented <br />written or oral statements. <br /> <br />(d) Evidence of the identification of the matter <br />of state interest propoged to be designated. <br /> <br />(e) written findings concerning each of the <br />matters referred to in 1-305(1), above. <br /> <br />(2) Any person may, at his/her own expense, provide for <br />the recording of the hearing and transcription there- <br />of, provided, however, that a copy of the recording <br />or transcript thereof, if transcribed, shall be <br />furnished free of charge to the administrator and <br />shall become part of the record. <br /> <br />1-307 Adoption of Designation and Regulations. <br /> <br />(1) At the conclusion of such hearing, the local govern- <br />ment may adopt, adopt with modification, or reject <br />the proposed designation which was the subject of <br />Eublic hearing; if designation and regulation under <br />~24-65.1-101, et seg., C.R.S. 1973, is rejected, the <br />local government may regulate the matter under any <br />other available land use control authority or it may <br />reject regulation of the matter entirely. <br /> <br />-11- <br />
