Hf: is familiar with the FEMA Flood Insurance Study <br />and COE wetland permitting mles and regulations and is a proficient hydraulil; modeler with th(~ <br />COE HEC-2, HEC-RAS and FHW A WSPRO, and HY8 programs. His past e:xperience includes <br />being responsible for bridge and culvert hydraulic and stmctural design. Mr. Enserro has trained <br />co-workers in hydraulic design and attended trainJing courses f))r HEC-2, HEC.RAS, and othf:r <br />miscellaneous hydraulic topics. <br /> <br />Mr. Enserro has acted as project engineer I proje:ct manager for several projects involving bridge and <br />culvert design, bank stabilization, and grade control structures. He has also performed construction <br />administration duties for several FEMA funded repair projects, pt:rfOlmed construction observation <br />duties for FHW A funded bridge projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Enserro's structural design experience has included responsibility for entire project or <br />component design for highway, railroad, and pedestrian bridges. He has also been responsible for the <br />structural design of small to medium sized buildings. He has field inspected, load rated, and <br />designed repairs for existing bridges with deterioration, damage, or for overload permits. <br /> <br />1993 FEMA Flood Repairs, Omaha, Nebr:aska. Served as project engineer for design and <br />construction manager of repairs at N.P. Dodge Park along the Missouri River. Repairs consisted of <br />stabilizing the Missouri River bank with rip-rap revetment, constructing a sheet pile retaining wall at <br />the marina entrance and a steel pile and timber retaining wall at the marina docks, reconstructing a <br />pedestrian trail and installing culverts to provide better drainage. Other miscellaneous repairs <br />included resurfacing the park roads and parking lots that were damaged during the: flood. <br /> <br />1993 FEMA Flood Repairs, Omaha, Nebraska.. Served as project engineer for design and <br />construction manager of repairs at Cottonwood Park. Repairs consisted of stabilizing an chanm:! <br />embankment with a gabion retaining wall and installing a gabion wier to control degradation. <br /> <br />1993 FEMA Flood Repairs, Bedford, Iowa.
