Dear Mr. Bliss:

Enclosed is the current Colorado endangered and threatened species list along with a list of imperiled
plants and animal species in Logan County produced by the Colorado Natural Heritage Program. I have
highlighted those species on the statewide list that potentially could occur in Logan County. Because the
major portion of your project will be built on agricultural fields and adjacent disturbed lands, it is highly
unlikely that any threatened or endangered species would be significantly impacted by the construction
of your project. In order to absolutely rule out any of the potential species from the project area however,
a field inventory would be necessary. Hope is information is what you needed for the E.A., if not give a
