Upon review of aerial photographs, <br />on-site photographs, so; I laps and related laterials, Mr. <br />Sanders indicated a 404 perait Ii II be.required due to the <br />existence of let lands lithin the develop.ent area. <br />The specific activity for Ihich the perait lill be <br />required is the construction of access roads across let land <br />areas to the building sites of lots 12,13,14, and IS. <br />A preliminary wetland aitlgation plan las developed to <br />reduce the overal I impact to the let land resource Ihile <br />aaintaining the character of the Phase II developaent. The <br />folloling recommendations are as follols: <br /> <br />R.
