I <br />have prepared this memorandum to present the consensus ot our views. <br /> <br />The Survey Report presents a program tor runoff and water flow retardation and <br />soil erosion prevention on the Fountain River Watershed in Colorado. Ot th1semount, <br />it is recollllllended '!ib.t the Federal Governmant conti:ibute about $3,062,000, and, non- <br />Federal interests about &700,332.
