Detailed refinements, IIOdific.tions, .nd <br />special examinations are deferred until the feasibility phase of study. <br /> <br />PLANNING OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />Two categories of planning objectives were estabUshed in this study. <br />The first category is Study Area Objective, which is related pr1lS4rily to <br /> <br />19 <br />
