<br />; and <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information <br />WHEREAS, said new report for Larimer County, revised March 23, 1999, is consistent with <br />Resolution No. 94-350, and by reference with Resolution No. 96-431 and Resolution No. 99-481, <br />regarding approximate floodplain information for Boxelder Creek and Indian Creek wilhin the <br />unincorporated portions of Larimer County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for Larimer County, revised March 23, 1999, includes the <br />following approximate floodplain information for Coal Creek which is consislent with previously <br />designated and approved detailed floodplain information for Coal Creek within unincorporated <br />Larimer County, as listed in Table 8 below: <br /> <br />TABLES <br />Approximate Information Which Is Consistent With <br />Previouslv Prepared Detailed Information <br /> <br />Stream Reach Previous Designation <br />Coal Creek from a point approximately 1200 feet upstream of its confluence FPR# 227 <br />with Boxelder Creek upstream to a point approxinwtely 1600 feet upstream <br />of that confluence <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for Larimer County, revised March 23, 1999, includes the <br />following approximate floodplain information for Coal Creek which is inconsistent with previousiy <br />designated and approved detailed floodplain information within unincorporated Larimer County, as <br />listed in Table 9 below: <br /> <br />TABLE 9 <br />Approximate Information Which Is Inconsistent With <br />Previouslv Prepared Detailed Information <br /> <br />Stream Reach PrevioUs Designation <br />Coal Creek from a point approxiflUltely 600 feet upstream of its confluence FPR # 227 <br />with Boulder Creek upstream to a point approxiflUltely 1200 feet upstream <br />of its confluence with Boulder Creek .'. <br />Coal Creek from a point approxiflUltely 2000 feet upstream of the northern FPR#227 <br />corporate lindt of the Town of Wellington at Colorado Highway I upstream <br />approxiflUltely another 200 feet <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />8 <br />
