(LA); he has <br />over 12 years of experience conducting hydrologic, hydraulic, sediment transport, and channel <br />stability studies for public agencies and private sector clients in Colorado, Nevada, Wyoming, <br />California, Utah, lcIaho, Mississippi, and the Republic of China.
