<br />,.,J <br /> <br />~ <br />-/ '., <br />'35 <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Craig, Colorado, <br />this 21st day of June 1974 that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as flood hazard areas those areas within the limits of the <br />100-year flood plain, as shown on sheets No. 1 through No. 15 of <br />the report, "Major Drainageway Planning, South Boulder Creek, <br />Volumes I and II, city of Boulder and Boulder County, Colorado," <br />dated December 1973; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the previous flood plain <br />designation made by this Board on the 1st day of April 1970, in so <br />far as it pertains to South Boulder Creek" is herepy rescinded and <br />superseded by the redesignation contained herein; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br />is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />city Council of Boulder, to the Board of County Commissioners of <br />~oulder County, and to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District. <br /> <br />C E R T I F ~ CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />) Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Craig, Colorado, on the 21st day of June 1974. <br /> <br />FELIX L.
