<br />2.3.3 Emergency preparedness <br /> <br />The Division of Disaster Emergency Service (DODES) within <br />the Department of Military Affairs was established by the <br />Colorado Disaster Emergency Act of 1973. It is t.he pr imary state <br />agency responsible for emergency preparedness.
