,

Division of Planning
Memorandum
April 18, 1978
Page two

The extent of area's proximity shown indicates the terrain's drainage,
slopes and elevations are affected by obstructing street and changed site drainages
and interceptions. The extent of such street and site obstructions affecting the'
safety of their structurally related conditions, as well as other proposed
structural uses by the area's subdivided requiring restricted set-backs and eleva-
tions from lOO-year runoff depth and velocity hazards, will require qualified
terrain and topographic information to substantiate the discretion of the lot and
access siting locations.

Lot and siting locations changing existing drainage and lOO-year runoff
surfaces will require corrective measures to the extent of affected lOO-year
runoff hazards commensurate with the particular uses effected by any changed con-
ditions.

The extent of the information, general and optional, for feasibility
purposes, should include qualified terrain and topographic information relating
to drainages and lOO-year runoff conditions.

EJVC:tam
