to Monument Creek (Sec 18 T13S R66W)

The feasibility analysis request with application information noted
on the FHA-2250 form omits any direct reference to 100-year flooding information
as a matter of any safety measures required for the proposed subdivided area's
uses.

The subdivided area's location information submitted is limited to a
vicinity map of some street lines and a few drainage courses without any qualify-
ing information to the extent of area's location'by a section (Rockrimon?) and
the contributary'drainages affected.

For some evaluation of these drainage conditions for which terrain and
topographic information indicates Some limited relationship to the area sub-
divided, a review of the 1961 GS quad with 1969 photo revisions indicates the
area, as part of Section 12, is significantly affected by terrain and topographic
conditions related to 100-year runoff conditions.

Flood information in the area's vicinity, for which flooding conditions
are limited to the extent of a qualifying flood study, is limited to flood infor-
mation for Monument Creek without flood studies of the contributary drainage
affected by the subdivision.

The extent the soils report information marked as optional, along with
topographic data, to include terrain and topographic related drainage information
for 100-year runoffs, is not referenced as qualified to the extent of flooding
hazards affecting the safety of area uses effected by the subdivision.
