The devastatin~ flood of <br />June 191'>5 accentuates the prohlem and need for flood protection. <br /> <br />Detailed analy'sis of the problem has shmm that a levee system would <br />provide the \tolly area with the necessary protection. The plan of <br />improvement would provine SPF flood protection to the town of Holly <br />from all three sources of flooding. This plan offers a scale of devel- <br />opment for which local interests are capable of supporting financially <br />and the local sponsor, Holly Flood Control Board, has unanimously <br />endorsed it. <br /> <br />27 <br />
