Town of Georgetown, Colorado <br /> <br />incorporation of review comments and adoption <br />of the document, a draft version of the FHMP <br />should be completed by September 15. <br /> <br />September 30 . Submission of FHMP to State <br />of Colorado <br />This is the fmal day for submission of the required <br />FHMP documents to the State. <br /> <br />Budget <br /> <br />We are aware that the current State grant for <br />preparation of the Local Pre-Disaster Flood Hazard <br />Mitigation Plan is $11,900. Based on our <br />understanding of the work required at this time, <br />we recommend that a budget of $8,990 be <br />established for the consultant contract. The <br />remainder of the grant funds would be available to <br />the County and Town staff for conducting their <br />required activities associated with project <br />administration, conducting public meetings, and <br />preparing the fmal Local Pre-Disaster Flood Hazard <br />Mitigation Plan document. <br /> <br />((II) MONTGOMERY WATSON . 5-2 <br />
