. . e FPR 94-353 COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD 721 State Centennial Building 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 March 9, 1994 RES 0 L UTI 0 N WHEREAS, VTN Consulting Engineers, under contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, completed a floodplain information report entitled "Major Drainageway Master Plan, Big Dry Creek, Volumes 1 and 2" in June 1975; .and WHEREAS, Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, completed a floodplain information report entitled, "Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Piney Creek, Cottonwood Creek, Lone Tree Creek & Murphy Creek" in October 1975; and WHEREAS, Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, completed a floodplain information report entitled i'Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Goldsmith Gulch and Tributariesi' in June 1976; and WHEREAS, the Colorado Wate~ Conservation Board, as requested by local government jurisdictions, has designated and approved the following floodplain information reports: . Report dated June 1975 by Resolution No. 45 for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; . Report dated October ~975 by Resolution No. 49 for the Urban Drainage and ,Flood Control District; . Report dated June 1976 by Resolution No, 61 for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; and WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Arapahoe County, Colorado and Incorporated Areas" on April 17, 1989, (not designated for unincorporated portions of Arapahoe County or for Greenwood Village); and WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance study, Arapahoe County, Colorado and lncorporated Areas dated March 4,
