<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regulat meeting assembled in Denver, <br />Colorado. this 18th day of November, 1986, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodj:llain areas those areas described <br />as being inundated by a IOO-year flood, as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said report: and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Routt County, the Town of Oak <br />Creek, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br /> <br />Q ~ R T l E l Q ~ T ~ <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled <br />at Denver, Colorado, on the 18th day of November, 1986. at <br />which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />f2. ~,/l1~ <br /> <br />.
