These costs are <br />based upon bid tabulations from similar projects along the front rlIDge. <br /> <br />A contingency of 15 percent of the construction cost was added to all estimates. This contingency is <br />intended to cover incidental costs that would be associated with these types of projects but are not <br />identified with the conceptual level of details. <br /> <br />Engineering will include design and construction surveying lIDd was assumed to be 12 percent of total <br />construction costs. <br /> <br />Legal, fiscal, and administration costs were assumed to be 5 percent of the total construction cost. In <br />the following tables are presented the estimated project cost for the Pawnee Creek Improvements <br />Alternative Nos. 2 through 6 respectively.
