<br />" <br /> <br />'\ r I. <br />\ ly' ','" <br />'f " <br />,. <br />-Y ",I <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />accuracies: <br /> <br /> All points with vertical error tolerances of :to.5 feet. <br />( 90% of the points with vertical error tolerances of :to.3 ft. <br />[ 70% of the points with vertical error tolerances of :to.15 ft. <br />I <br /> <br />The horizontal position of the cross section data point shall <br /> <br />be referenced in a manner so their location can be re- <br /> <br />established. <br /> <br />All cross-sections used in the study shall be plotted on the flood- <br /> <br />plain map. <br /> <br />Dimensions of all hydraulic structures along the stream shall <br /> <br />be obtained from available sources or by direct measurement. <br /> <br />Original notes, field books, computations, sketches and other <br /> <br />survey data developed for the study shall be available for review <br /> <br />by the Colorado Water Board. <br /> <br />Additional mapping requirements and accuracy standards may <br /> <br />be defined during the coordination meeting at the beginning of <br /> <br />the study. <br /> <br />Flood History <br /> <br />The flood history of the study area shall be researched and <br /> <br />documented. <br /> <br />Research shall cover all significant flood events. <br /> <br />Local citizens shall be contacted and newspaper records researched. <br /> <br />If available, photographs and high water marks shall be used to <br /> <br />verify the extent of past and potential flooding. Copies of news- <br /> <br />paper accounts and photographs shall be attached to the Technical <br /> <br />Addendum. <br /> <br />Hydrologic Analysis <br /> <br />A detailed hydrologic analysis will be required for the study <br />
