"'':3 r'e9v'J"c ~'1$ <br />and the technical aspects meet the requirements of the CWCB. <br /> <br />periodic reviews shall be held with the board staff to resolve <br /> <br />any technical problems that may arise. <br /> <br />After the completion of the hydrologic analysis the IOO-year <br /> <br />flood discharge shall be reviewed with the board staff prior to <br /> <br />proceeding with the hydraulic analysis. <br /> <br />Field Investigation <br /> <br />Prior to the commencement of the engineering aspects of the <br /> <br />floodplain study the factors needed to estimate the hydrologic- <br /> <br />hydraulic characteristics of the drainage basin as they affect the <br /> <br />rainfall-runoff relationships, the channel and floodplain roughness <br /> <br />coefficients, the number of cross-sections required for the profile <br /> <br />computations and other parameters needed for hydrologic and hydraulic <br /> <br />analyses shall be determined by a field investigation. <br /> <br />Photos shall be taken of the drainage basin, the floodplain <br /> <br />and of structures within the floodplains: as well as of the typical <br /> <br /> <br />reaches of the stream and floodplain for determination of Manning~ <br /> <br />-2- <br />
