approve as flood hazard areas those areas described as being inundated
by a 100 year flood as set forth in the Flood Hazard Analyses for
Sand Creek, City of Colorado Springs and El Paso County, Colorado,
dated July 1973; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is
directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of
County Commissioners of El Paso County, to the Colorado Springs City
Council, and to the Soil Conservation Service, U. S. Department of
Agriculture, Denver, Colorado.
