The same <br />design storm with the same development conditions and 2S year <br />drainage improvements created a peak of 1742 c,f.s.; a 145 <br />percent increase over the peak with existing facilities. The <br />100 year peak rate of runoff at Hanna Subdivision, assuming <br />full development of the basin with existing drainage facilities, <br />was determined to be 1175 c.f.s.
