<br />The City of Greeley Planning Department has reviewed the proposed con~le-
<br />mentary study propopal to the Cache La Poudre River basin flood plain study
<br />and suggests areas pf specific interest which are subject to development or
<br />redevelopment withi!, and adjacent to Greeley. 111esesuggested study areas
<br />are as follows and are in addition to the study tasks outline in the pre-
<br />liminary study outline:

<br />L Alternative land use situations within the Poudre flood plain within and
<br />adjacent to the City growth patterns.
<br />
<br />2. Bridge and roaq,way obstructions within the Poudre flood plain with their
<br />effect on adjaGent property and their alleviation.
<br />
<br />3, Effects of upstream development (i.e. Ft. Collins, Windsor, etc.) on
<br />flood elevatio~s at Greeley.
<br />
<br />4. Storage and mir~ing of gravel deposits within the Poudre flood plain
<br />and their eff<jct on the flood plain
<br />
<br />5. Tributary area~ of Sheep Draw and Eaton Draw to provide nm-off
<br />coeficients.
<br />
<br />6. Urban retention ponds release rates in relation to peak flows in main
<br />stream of the Cache La Poudre
<br />
<br />7, Coordination with Federal Flood Insurance Studies
