As you know, the goal <br />is to determine the effects of future activities on the basin flood <br />potentl-al. We have r~vieved with, each of the sponsors the current and <br />expected problems. However, we teel the study is, still broad enough to adequately <br />explore the extent of the proplems. The flood plain information in the <br />canyon hag been pulled out of' this study andlwill be done under our <br />regular program. Inadd1tion to budgt!tary limitations, there are certain <br />"state of the art" li,mitations which will :preclude absolute answers.
