ResDonsibilities <br /> <br />Bent County, assisted by Southeastern Land and Environment, will fund the associated costs of <br />administrating the Bent County Watershed and Flood Mitigation Plan. However, each project that the <br />floodplain administrator or steering committee work on will be partially funded through whichever <br />project grant is received. Whenever possible the steering committee and floodplain administrative staffs <br />time will be documented as in-kind services.
