<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />FPR 92-324 <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />721 State Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> <br />July 8, 1992 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. under contract to the Federal Insurance <br />Administration completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, <br />Town of Pagosa Springs and Unincorporated Areas of Archuleta County, Colorado" in June <br />1978; and <br /> <br />. <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Town of <br />Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County by Resolution No. 120 dated November 1, 1978, <br />designated and approved the flood runoff channels or basins in said report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Pagosa Springs <br />and Unincorporated Areas of Archuleta County, Colorado" revised May 2, 1991 has been <br />prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report inchtdes detailed floodplain information for the <br />following streams: <br /> <br />San Juan River <br />McCabe Creek <br />West Fork of McCabe Creek <br />North Fork of McCabe Creek <br />Rio Blanco Creek <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following floodplains for which information is included in said new <br />report have already been designated and approved by Colorado Water Conservation Board: <br /> <br />San Juan River <br />McCabe Creek <br />West Fork of McCabe Creek <br />North Fork of McCabe Creek <br />Rio Blanco Creek <br /> <br />(FPR #120) <br />(FPR #120) <br />(FPR #120) <br />(FPR #120) <br />(FPR #120); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report provides detailed information that is more accurate and <br />current than the information contained in that portion of the floodplain report previously <br />
