It is anticipated <br />that municipal staff in the evaluation of appropriate practices at their municipal facilities will use the <br />information in this manual. In addition, the information may be useful to industries who are developing <br />stormwater management plans as required by their NPDES permit. The Industrial and Commercial Best <br />Management Practices Chapter provides a procedure for determining appropriate practices for different <br />sources.
