<br />WHEREAS, said new report for EI Paso County dated September 28, 1990 provides, on the basis <br />of detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses that were approved by the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency, the following detailed floodplain information which revises approximate <br />floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No. 96-436, as listed in <br />Table I, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLEt <br /> <br />Detailed Infonnation Which Revises Previouslv Desimated ADDroxirnate Infonnation <br /> <br />Crystal Creek from the northeastern corporate limit of the Town of Monument near Washington Street, as it was on <br />September 28, 1990, upstream to a point approximately 2000 feet upstream of that corporate limit <br /> <br />Dirty Woman Creek from its confluence with Monument Creek upstream to the southwestern corporate limit of the Town <br />of Monument at Mitchell Avenue. as it was on Septembcr28, 1990 <br /> <br />Dirty Woman Creek from the southeastern corporate limit of the Town of Monument near McShane Street, as it was on <br />September 28, 1990, upstream to the western corporate limit of the Town of Monument approximately 600 feet <br />upstream of the Old Denver Highway, as it was on Sept~mber 28,1990 <br /> <br />Dirty Woman Creek: from northern corporate limit of the Town of Monument approximately 1200 feet south of 3rd Street, <br />as it was on September 28, 1990, upstream to the southbound on,ramp to Interstate Highway 25 <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the EI Paso County dated September 28, 1990 includes, by <br />reference, approximate floodplain infonnation which is consistent with approximate floodplain <br />information previously designated and approved by Resolution No. 263 for various stream reaches <br />within the unincoporated portions ofEI Paso County, lIS they were on September 28, 1990, which have <br />drainage areas that exceed the maximum standards of the procedure adopted by the Board for <br />estimating lOO-year flows for approximate floodplain infonnation, which information was, therefore, <br />not designated and approved as approximate floodplain information with approximate hydrology <br />information by Resolution No. 96-436; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the EI Paso County dated September 28, 1990 includes, either <br />directly or by reference, approximate floodplain infonnation which is consistent with approximate <br />floodplain infonnation previously designated and apprOved by Resolution No, 263 for various stream <br />reaches within the unincoporated portions of EI Paso County, as they were on September 28, 1990, <br />which have drainage areas that meet the minimum standards and do not exceed the maximum <br />standards of the procedure adopted by the Board for estimating lOO-year flows for approximate <br />floodplain information, which information was subsequently designated and approved as approximate <br />floodplain with approximate hydrology information by Resolution No. 96-436; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for EI Paso County dated September 28, 1990 includes, either directly or <br />by reference, approximate floodplain infonnation wlrich is consistent with approximate floodplain <br /> <br />4 <br />
