<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />01/04/2000 18:00 <br /> <br />402-221-4890 <br /> <br />CORPS OF ENGINEERS <br /> <br />PAGE 03/05 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br />2 <br /> <br />Required Service <br /> <br />The selectee is to provide a written review of the Study. <br />It is desired that the' selectee not produce a new, site-specific <br />analysis for the Cherry Creek Watershed, but only a review of the <br />July 13, 1995 Study, The following questions/items should be <br />addressed in the written review: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Was it appropriate to use a comprehensive (general) report. in which Pl'vIP is <br /> <br />defined for ranges of storm area size and duration. as a starting point and <br /> <br />foundation for the site-specific study? <br /> <br />2, <br /> <br />Does earlier or subsequent storm info'rmation from the region surrounding the, <br /> <br />Cherry Creek Watershed provide evidence to question the use of the particular <br /> <br /> <br />comprehensive PMP report, namely Hydrometeorological Report (Hl\IIR) 55A, <br /> <br />used as the foundation for the site-specific study? <br /> <br />3, <br /> <br />Were the techniques used to produce the site-specific values of PM? reasonable <br /> <br />and appropriate, and if not, were there alternative techniques that would have been <br /> <br />more reasonable and appropriate? <br />
