<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meetIng assembled In Denver, Colorado, <br />this 4th day of December, 1981, that it does hereby desIgnate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a 100-year flood as descrIbed by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Otero County; the Town of Swink; the <br />City of Rocky Ford; the Town of Manzanola; the Town of Fowler; <br />the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District;' <br />and the Federal Insurance Administration. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board In regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 4th day of December, 1981" at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />J.
