Special attention is directed to the point that according to present plans <br />the roads will not be made to County specification. and the County will not be <br />asked to maintain them. Reference to the map will show rather narrow streets <br />in the Hudson's Sentinel Mountain Club sub-division which will be used to obtain <br />entrance to the property. According to the preliminary map, there will be one <br />road with access ,to all lots. This road will then be maintained by the res- <br />pective owners of the lots and if for any reason there should be a problem about <br />this, we will form a Homeowners Association for th~ purpose of maintaining and <br />giving the right to use such road and which might also include some workable <br />manner of handling garbage and trash for the benefit of the owners. <br /> <br />24. There is no possible necessity for the retention by the County of any <br />public use as schools or public parks.
