<br />Pt. 61, App. A(2) <br /> <br />reimbursement. but shall be applied to any <br />other benefits under this policy's coverage. <br />C. Coverage FOT Certain Loss Mitigation <br />MeasuTes. When the insurance under this pol- <br />icy covers a building. reasonable expenses in- <br />curred by the Insured for the purchase of the <br />following items are also covered. in an ag- <br />gregate amount not to exceed $'150.00: <br />1. Sandbags. including sand to fill them <br />and plastic sheeting and lumber used in con- <br />nection with them: <br />2. Fill for temporary levees: <br />3. Pumps: and <br />4. Wood: <br />all for the purpose of saving the building due <br />to the imminent danger of a flood loss. in- <br />cluding the value of the Insured's own labor <br />at preva.iling Federal minimum wage rates. <br />For reimbursement under this pa.ragraph <br />C. to apply. the following conditions must be <br />met: <br />a. The insured property must be in immi- <br />nent danger of sustaining flood damage: and <br />b. The threat of flood damage must be of <br />such imminence as to lead a person of com- <br />mon prudence to apprehend flood damage: <br />and <br />c. A general and temporary condition of <br />nooding in the area must occur. even if the <br />nooding does not reach the insured property. <br />or a legally authorized official must issue an <br />evacuation order or other civil order for the <br />community in which the insured property is <br />located ealling for measures to preserve life <br />and property from the peril of flood. <br />The policy's building deductible amount. as <br />provided for at ATticle 7. sba.ll not be applied <br />to this reimbursement. but sba.ll be applied <br />to any other benefits under the policy's build- <br />ing coverage. <br /> <br />Article 6-PToperty Not C""eTed <br /> <br />This policy sh4ll not cover any of the fol- <br />lowing: <br />A.
