Water. moisture. mildew. mold or <br />mudslide (i.e.. mudflow) damage resUlting <br />primarily from any condition substantially <br />confined to the insured building or from any <br />condition which is within the Insured's con- <br />trol (including but not limited to design. <br />stroctura.! or mechanical defects. faUures. <br />stoppages or breakages of water or sewer <br />lines. drains, pumPS. fixtures or equipment). <br />C. Losses of the following natuTe: <br />1. A loss which is already in progress as of <br />12:01 a.m. of the fIrst day of the policy term. <br />or. as to any increase in the limits of cov- <br />erage which is requested by the Insured. a <br />loss which is already in progress as of 12:01 <br />a.m. on the date when the additional cov- <br />erage becomes effective. <br />2. The amount of the deductible for each <br />loss occurrence before the building is walled <br />and Toofed is two times the deductible which <br />is selected to apply after the building is <br />walled and Toofed; <br />b. Coverage is provided before the building <br />is walled and Toofed onlY while construction <br />is in progress. or if construction is halted. <br />ouly for a period of up to 90 continuous days <br />thereafter. until construction is resumed; <br />and <br />c. There is no coverage before the building <br />is walled and roofed where the lowest floor. <br />including baseme7lt floor. of a non-eleva.ted <br />bUilding or the lowest elevated fioor of an ele- <br />vated building is below the base !/Doll ele- <br />vation in Zones AR.
