Each loss to your insured property 15 <br />SUbject to a deductible provision under <br />wblch you bear a portion of the loss before <br />payment 15 made under the policy. <br />B. The loss deductible shall apply sepa- <br />rately to each building and personal property <br />loss including. as to each. any appurtenant <br />structure loss and debris removal expense. <br />C. For any flood insurance policy issued or <br />renewed for a property located in an Emer- <br />gency Program cmnmunity or for any property <br />located in a RegulaT Program community in <br />Zones A. .'1.0. Notwithstanding the applica.ble deduct- <br />ible in paragraphs C. or D. above. an addi- <br />tional deductible in the SWII of S250.00 shall <br />apply separately to each building and con- <br />tents loss before payment 15 made under the <br />policy for land subsidence. sewer backup. or <br />seepage of water as provide'l for in ATticle 3. <br />paragrapb B.3. <br /> <br />ATtiCZe t-Replacement C,'st Provisions <br /> <br />Subject to ATticle 7 and tbo limits of build- <br />ing coverage you have purchased. these pro- <br />visions shall apply only to a single family <br />dwelling ...hich is your principal residence <br />and which is covered under this policy. <br />For purposes of th15 ATticl,' 8, a single fam- <br />ily dwelling qualifies as your princiPal resi- <br />dence provided that. at the time of the loss. <br />you or your spouse have li.'ed in your build- <br />ing for either: <br />1. 80 percent of the calendar year imme- <br />diately preceding the loss; or <br />2. 80 percent of the period of your owner- <br />ship of the insured building, if less than one <br />calendar year immediately preceded the loss. <br />The following are exclud.ed from replace- <br />ment cost coverage: <br />1. A unit. in a ct>ndtnninium building. not <br />~ exclusively for singl.. family dwelling <br />purposes. <br />2. Outdoor antennas and aerials. awnings. <br />and other outdoor equipment. all whether at- <br />tached to the building or not. <br />3. Carpeting. <br />4. Appliances. <br />Under this Article: <br />A. If at the time of loss the total amount <br />of insurance applicable to the dwelling is 80 <br />percent or more of the full replacement cost <br />of such dwelling. or is the maximum amount <br />of insurance available UIlder the Natitm41 <br />Flood InsuTance Program. the coverage of this <br />polley appl1cable to the du>elling 15 ~nded <br />to include the full cost of repair or replace- <br />ment (without deduction fe,r depreciation). <br />B. If at the time of loss the total amount <br />of insurance applicable to <.he dwelling is less <br />than 80 percent of the full replacement cost <br />of such dwelling and less than the maximum <br />amount of insurance available under the Na- <br />tional Flood InsuTa>u:e Program. our liability <br />for loss shall not exceed the larger of the fol- <br />lowing amounts: <br />1. The actucl cash value (meaning replace- <br />ment cost less depreciation) of that part of <br />the dwelling damaged or destroyed; or <br />2.
